	CyberCityConnections (CCC) provides advice to public and private sector clients in the UK and overseas. We can provide advice and technical support to Clients from project formulation, through implementation to eventual evaluation of impact. Senior members of staff are recognised experts in their fields and have often been called upon to provide advisory services to government ministries and other clients around the world. Our senior management have advised clients or provided advisory services in over 40 countries around the world. We have substantial international experience on road safety and project management/impact monitoring that we can share with our clients. Areas of Expertise Although CyberCityConnections ( CCC) has, in the past, developed some innovative products for the education sector , it now has 2 core activities to its business. The first of these is in Impact Monitoring software and related Performance management consultancy services. We provide specialist software (DEE) which can be used to monitor strategies, action plans or projects and organisational effectiveness in the public or private sector or to benchmark such organisations against national or international guidelines, standards or best practices in any sector. We develop and implement monitoring frameworks to enable strategic management of the implementation process to ensure delivery of desired impacts and outcomes. Our senior staff have particular expertise in developing and applying impact monitoring frameworks that enable more effective strategic management to deliver successful projects. The second area of core activity is in provision of consultancy and advisory services on road safety issues . We have extensive experience in all aspects of road safety from the development and implementation of comprehensive multi sector National, Regional and Global road safety action plans and strategies to safety audit and safety engineering inputs to ensure safer road networks. We have provided advisory services to aid agencies and clients in over 40 countries and our senior staff have authored many road safety guidelines and road safety engineering manuals ( including safety audit manuals ). Some of these guidelines and manuals have been translated into Russian , Chinese , Indonesian and Spanish and are now in use across the developing world .
